Foundations (deep learning): Numeracy, reading/writing, STEAM, Digital literacy, financial literacy. The learner learns how they learn and what works to help reach personalized goals. 

How? Socratic Discussions and self paced challenges equip children to be independent lifelong learners.

Foster the skills needed to change the world. Elevate collaboration and group decision-making. Problem-solving, communication, collaboration, design, entrepreneurship. 

How? Hands-on Quests for Science, Entrepreneurship and the Arts prepare children for Apprenticeships and real world challenges.

Flexibility, human-centered, curiosity, inter-connection, experimentation. Power up focus, creativity and flexibility to think well and navigate uncertainty with power and grace. 

How? Group conversations to stimulate critical thinking and an emphasis on mindsets to thrive.
